How to use the Split PDF
- Add your PDF.
- Choose “Every page” or “Custom ranges” and enter ranges like 1-3, 5, 8-10.
- Press “Split PDF” and download the files.
Split all pages into separate PDFs
Choose “Every page” to turn a 20-page PDF into 20 single-page PDFs in one click, then use “Download All (ZIP)”. Useful when a portal asks for each certificate or document as a separate file.
Split PDF by page number or custom range
Choose “Custom ranges” and type the page numbers. Each range becomes its own PDF. For example, “1-2, 3-5, 9” creates three files: pages 1–2, pages 3–5, and page 9. Ranges can be split chapter-wise, by section, or however you need.
To keep only some pages in one single file instead, use Extract Pages in the PDF Toolkit.
Split, then compress or convert
Splitting is also the easiest way to get a large PDF under an upload limit: split it, then compress the part you need with the PDF Compressor. Need images instead? Convert the pages with PDF to JPG.
